This old place used to be known as JOE'S on 39th Street (a great neighborhood place) for breakfast coffee burgers daily specials) Kansas City is quickly vanishing as "Investors" gut our hometown. Cardboard Overpriced Apartments are dwarfing our old liveable neighborhoods.
