BIGGER MESS than was thought - SWEATING Like Pigs in EXCELSIOR SPRINGS which still has no power. I made this photograph this afternoon near my house. AMEREN Energy still has no prediction for power to be restored. This old town is a hodge podge mix of wires and various poles. This happens with every storm that involves heavy winds, snow or ice. In the past 4 years we have lost all our refrigerated food 5 times. Infrastructure upgrades should include all utility lines being buried. Even if property owners need to pay a portion of the upgrade. Excelsior Springs, Missouri may have to shut the water system down due to the lack of electricity.
